Unusual, hefty trade paperback which appears to be a piece of fiction based around the highly suspicious July, 2010, shooting death (by Las Vegas police officers) of Erik Scott, the author's son, identified here as "Erik W Steele." (The only surveillance video camera which would have caught the officers drawing their guns on Scott, after they instructed the Costco store manager to send all customers pouring out the front door in broad daylight by pulling a fire alarm, was, um . . . not working that day.)
