The lower tips of both the back and front boards are bumped and frayed to the point of exposing the board slightly. The pages show signs of discoloration due to age, previous owner's names are written on the inside front cover and the first flyleaf. The pages are relatively clean, but have a few pencil notes from one of the previous owners. The binding is tight and the hinges open freely. This book is in good to very good condition.
