Taped to the first page is a note dated 1971 to Cyril about the new edition, signed Peter, probably Peter Sichel who edited it; loosely inserted is a typed letter signed Allan (presumably Sichel) and dated August 1965 (the year of Sichel's death) stapled to a carbon copy of a letter about the book, Used - Very Good. VG paperback.
