This highly decorative artwork shows a nasturtium plant in full bloom with is yellow and orange flowers and wide leaves covered in the most delicate droplets of water. A truly accomplished piece of miniature painting. The artist was a member of the Society for Botanical Art and Society of Graphic Fine Art. The artist has monogrammed in the lower right corner and the painting has been presented in a a contemporary gilt effect frame with glazing and a grey and gold wash-line mount.
