This book is hard-bound in mauve colored, paper covered boards, with red stamping to the upper cover, with a green cloth spine with red stamping, in a dust jacket with light soiling and toning to the edges and spine, with clear tape on the corners and spine-ends for strengthening. The covers show some light rubbing to the corners. The binding is solid. The contents are bright and clean with illustrations throughout. This book is signed by the author Seymour Simon on the title-page. - From the collection of Cuthbert Christian Thambimuttu (1945-2019) of Columbus, Ohio - known to many of his bookseller, author, and illustrator friends as "Tubby."
