Add to basketHardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Uncommon biography of influential Indian Christian missionary Sundar Singh, this being the first (and perhaps only) ediiton. Lacking DJ but well preserved in brown cloth with bright gilt lettering on the spine. CLoth has one small rectangular area that is from a former price sticker,… otherwise clean with occasional rubbing and scuffing. Interior is clean with some occasional heavy foxing interspersed widely throughout, most extremely on the fron and rear few pages but also within the body of the book. No marks or writing. 4 small spots on the rear pastedown where the paper is torn, seemingly from a former label that was removed. Foxing to outer page block and small stain to the top of the block, but overall quite nice, especially for something over 100 years old.
