Together with a Check List of the 35 eight-page Fantasy Poets pamphlets published from Eynsham, Oxford between 1952 and 1957, and a number of other books and pamphlets of poetry. There are sixteen poems in total in this issue of Priapus. Yellow covers with red and black lettering and an illustration designed and printed by Oscar Mellor (owner of The Fantasy Press). Acquired from Maud Lloyd, an admired leading dancer with Ballet Rambert in the 1930s. Later she wrote, with her husband, Nigel Gosling, influential dance books and reviews under the pseudonym, 'Alexander Bland'. When Rudolph Nureyev defected in 1961, they became his surrogate parents.
