Very scarce work. A pamphlet detailing the address given by Charles Henry Smithson on the 4th March, 1918, to the Bradford Business Science Club. The author details the importance of land taxation concerning both primary industries, such as agriculture and mining, and secondary industries, including any such industry where materials are drawn from nature and worked into finished products. In the original paper binding. Externally, very smart with light shelf wear and the odd small mark to the boards. Contemporary ink inscription to the front board dated 1920. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with minor age toning to the extremities. Very Good Indeed. book.
