    Condition: Very Good. St. Ignatius Post. Volume IX, Number 13. Thursday, September 23, 1954. St. Ignatius, Montana. 1954. 14"x22.5." Six pages on two sheets. Great historical content from a small town paper. Includes large pictures of St. Ignatus circa 1912 and one of the Fourth of July in 1911. At the bottom of the front page is a great 1908 photo of more than 100 early settlers of St. Ignatius. Photo includes Fred Morgan, Elsie Luddington, Chief Moiese, Chief Kai-Kai-Shee, Jusge Sloan, Henry Matt, Revais, and Joe McDonald. Page two has an early picture of P. C. Thompson's store before it burned down in 1914. Included in the photo are Mrs. Albert Thompson, Ignace Thompson, Frank Mayer, Harry Goble, and Mose Grenier Other pages have photos of J. W. Freshour and Sons Store, the St. Ignatius Band in 1911, and the Beckwith Bros., parade float. Paper is in fine condition with the folds being its only flaw.
