Massive work of military historical documentation, illustrated throughout with portraits, plates, plans, maps (many fold-outs) etc. The Worcesters was one of the most distinguished and decorated regiments of the British military serving in World War I, with battalions on the Western Front, in Gallipoli, Macedonia, Mesopotamia, Italy, and Northern Persia.
