Starin's was "the first summer resort in the United States, if not the world" and ".preceded Disneyland as the first "theme park" by many years. [Seacord, Morgan H. Historical Landmarks of New Rochell…e. pp. 22-24]. Lithographed timetable, 6-1/4 x 7 inches wide, folded in half at center, "Donaldson Brothers, Five Points, N.Y." is printed at foot of back cover. Edge wear with a small tide line stain and tiny chip at bottom right corner, else bright and clean. The park was opened to the general public in 1881 and closed 1910.
