Auf festem Papier gedruckt in recht gutem Zustand. Papierbedingt partiell getönt, auch teils in der Abb., siehe Fotos. Technik: Im Gegensatz zu den reinen Schwarz-Weiß-Lithograf…ien wurde hier eine zweite Platte (eine "Tonplatte") verwendet, um den Hintergrund in einem sanften Beige- oder Grauton zu drucken. Die weißen Lichter wurden auf dem Stein ausgespart, sodass das Papier durchscheint, was dem Bild Tiefe verleiht. Eine lebhafte Szene am großen Platz in Göteborg. Das Rathaus und die Börse bilden die prächtige Kulisse für das rege Treiben mit Booten im Kanal, Kutschen und zahlreichen Passanten am Ufer.
