Includes the benefits of eating Dandelion "with plenty of nourishing food and outdoor excersise, the Dandelion may prove to be sufficient medicine for the restoration of health." Also how to flavour peas with mint, d how to cook red cabbage with loaf sugar, vinegar and worcester sauce. Front seam has cracked but not split, covers lightly soiled but still a robust and complete copy.
