Pamphlet, disbound, with all leaves detached from one another but present. 12 pp. A speech by a Boston area Father/Reverend, Aleksander Syski, who offers the Polish view on the recent outbreak of World War I. He alludes to a rally of German people the week before, seeking the same recognition, while asserting Poland has been expecting this war for over a century. The address concludes with a plea that the United States remains neutral. FAIR condition. Ex-library with stamping on the title page and first page, as well as perforations to a page or two along the bottom edge. A few library notations present. Minor toning. Completely disbound into separate pages. Reference copy only.
