Soft cover. Condition: Fine. 1st Edition. San Francisco: Tam Bei Yon, 1980. 4to. iii + 21pp. Illustrated with actual color photographs of the painting which had been donated to the University of San Francisco in 1980, and other Castiglione works (9 images in all). The author discusses evidence of it being Castiglione's original, and the mythology surrounding its subject, a Muslim woman known as the "Fragrant Concubine" Stiff wrappers with plastic comb binding.
