Lovecraft when he was only fifteen. It was first published in 1905. It's a classic tale of 'fear of the other' with a delightful twist at the end…. According to the printer and illustrator: "Drawing inspiration from early pulp novels, I created a series of illustrations that provide a sense of claustrophobia as the protagonist wander lost in the caverns. To help east your fright adn assist you on your journey, a sewn-in (paper) flashlight bookmark is there to help . My work often centers around 'fear of the other' and I discuss this along with other aspets of the story in the afterword." A single signatures bound in stiff black paper wrappers with wrap around white cover titled in light grey. Clean and bright with pulp style illustrations by Thyberg throughout.
