Add to basketA maquette of The Tonsils first album, inscribed by Steadman across the wraparound band and sleeve, "Ralph Steadman, 23 Oct. 2002." The Tonsils was formed in the summer of 2001 by Sam Cave and Dave Walsh (also in The Explosion, another Tarantula Records band); their first album was completed in May 2002, and they commissioned Ralph Steadman to design their logo and the artwork for the album. Original 12-inch 33-RPM red vinyl disc in sleeve, with printed wrapround artwork designed Ralph Steadman. With the album insert printed on red paper, designed by Matt Hock. In excellent condition; wraparound artwork fine, outer sleeve a little creased, inner sleeve fine; playing surfaces are visually very good.
