An original Finnish first-screening poster for The Green Helmet (1961), the MGM motor racing drama starring Bill Travers and Ed Begley with Jack Brabham appearing as himself. Brabham had just won back-to-back Formula 1 World Championships in 1959 and 1960, making his appearance a significant draw for racing fans of the era. Distributed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Helsinki. Full-bleed design, printed by Fotopaino Oy, Helsinki. Artist-initialled in the plate. Standard Finnish A2, approximately 23.5 × 15.5 inches. Superbly illustrated with strong graphics - a great vintage poster on a motor racing theme. Condition: C9, Near Mint. Cinema-used. One pinhole at each bottom corner; one at top left; three at top right. No nicks or tears to the edges. Minor handling creases to corners.
