This two-part comic book collects th…e wartime comics in this series to celebrate the liberation of the Netherlands after the surrender of Nazi German forces in May 1945. The comics are boisterous in visual appearance and overflowing with style. In content, they are especially critical of the NSB, the Dutch Fascist political party founded in 1931 which was integrated into the Nazi party.
