End papers are more notably tanned. Previous owner's inscription to front paste-down. Previous owner's ink stamp appears in prelims. Heavy cracking at… the hinges with exposed binding material. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding is shaky. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate crushing to spine ends, with splitting, fraying and loss to the head, tail and joints. Sunning to spine. Gilt lettering has become dull.
