Heider (1892-1969), and Russell E. Heider (1919-2005), Portland, OR carpenters & building contractors. First edition, thus, of this scarce paint sample catalogues at the end of the 1930s. This brochure details the Kno-Gloss flat finish oil paints intended for walls, ceilings, woodwork, and all interior work. The colour names include Pink, Tapestry Red, Dutch Blue, Apple Green, Light Buff, and others. The Watson Paint & Glass Co. began manufacturing consumer paints in 1902, and later formed the Watson-Standard Co. with the acquisition of Standard Plate Glass in 1929.
