Condition: Good. 1951. First Edition. 207 pages. Signed by the author. Orange pictorial dust jacket over green cloth. Half title page has been signed by the Author and dedicated to Author's mother. Pages are moderately tanned at the edges, with notable foxing. Occasional thumb marks to pages edges. Binding has remained firm. Boards have slight shelf wear with bumping to corners. Spine ends are a little crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. Prominent forward lean to text block. The clipped dust jacket has moderate edge wear, tears and chips to edges and spine ends. Moderate tanning to spine and edges.

A Near Fine copy in Very Good, price-clipped dust jacket. The book has light rubbing to the spine tips and corners. The dust jacket has rubs/frays at the corners. Rubbing at the head and heel of the spine with a small chip at the head of the spine. There are two pieces of brown backing tape used as reinforcement to the jacket's verso at the head of the spine and bottom fold of the front flap.
