Authors published include: Talbot Mundy, H. Bedford-Jones, E. Hoffman Price, Clyde B. Clason, E.C. Vivian, Johnston McCulley, Murray Leinster and Robert E. Howard ("Black Vulmea's Revenge," 11/38 and "Gates of Empire," 1/39). A popular magazine which likely ceased due to distribution issues. Text paper tanned but supple, a nearly fine to fine set with one issue (7) having a small chip to upper right front corner and a couple issues with small closed edge tears. An attractive set. (27927).
