We have previously catalogued a copy with a Christmas 1958 inscription. We also have on record that the edition was limited to 250 copies, bu…t we can no longer find evidence for this claim (nor remember how we came by the information!). Records in Trove suggest there is an edition circa 1938, but we believe this is merely an incorrect dating of this publication.
