A handbill advertising the London premier of the Nobel laureate's play *Viva Detroit*, the story of a romance between Pat, a New York commercial photographer vacationing in St. Lucia who has just purchased a house there, and Sonny, a young St. Lucian prostitute with dream to leave the island. The play was directed by Malcolm Frederick with design by Clary Salandy and lighting by Larry Coke, and starred Norman Beaton, Marlena Mackey, and Steve Toussaint.
