Marbled brown leatherette with gilt spine titling. Dust jacket present, fully intact, not price-clipped, protected in Mylar, lightly soiled and worn, tide-lining and seemingly damp-stained to rear panel, though signs of neither odor nor moisture. Augmented with eight half-tone plates, including at frontis, and the two maps are present, sewn-in. Introduction by H.S. Vaughan.
