    Original Cloth. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. First Edition. First UK edition. Translated from German by Eustace Wareing and Michael Glenny. Boards are clean and bright. The tops of the page edges are a little dusty and the edges are a little browned. 'Weidenfeld Library' stamped to the front free endpaper and the pages are a little browned but otherwise unmarked. The jacket has chipping and tearing with some loss at the top of the spine and a patch of label residue just above the publishers' name at the bottom where a label has been removed. Browning and a little discolouration to the rear panel. Light chipping to the corners with a half-inch closed tear to the top right corner of the front panel and another to the bottom left corner of the rear panel. First printing.
