Muted green top edge; strong toning to fore-edge and bottom edge. Cream colored endpapers illustrated with repeated pattern of horses pulling haywagons all in brown; past owner's ink signature and date (Christmas 1941) at top of front free endpaper. Some foxing to interior pages. Binding is firm. A good+ copy. With color plates and b/w illustrations.
