Lower spine end a little creased. Fine condition book in Very Good condition period art work dust wrapper with two 10 mm closed tears to the foot of the upper gutter and rear panel, not price clipped. Dust wrapper supplied in archive acetate film protection, this preserves and prolongs the life of the paper, it is not adhered to the book or to the dust wrapper. Member of the P.B.F.A. First edition. The book is tightly bound in lightly marked blue cloth lettered in silver to the spine, the corners and spine ends are a little bumped. The text block is slightly toned, foxed and dusty, with staining to some pages. The Dave Griffiths designed dust jacket is the original and not price clipped, it is somewhat rubbed and grubby, with minor nicks to the edges and some faint damp staining. A decidedly uncommon supernatural chiller, in which a young woman inherits a haunted house and has to combat devil worshippers, an ancient curse and a cruel aunt.
