The exterior leather is quite scuffed and worn, particularly on the edges and corners. The spine area has a clear reinforcement library tape attached and the spine underneath sh…ows the labels are missing as well as several large pieces. The internal binding has both hinges at boards reinforced with old library tape. There is also a complete break at page 3 to where the only thing holding the front board and previous pages on is the clear tape on the exterior. All of the remaining pages after three are well secured. The book appears complete and the book appears handwriting free, no library markings etc. Pages are toned throughout the several areas showing various degrees of foxing. The book appears complete and the book appears handwriting free, no library markings etc. Pages are toned throughout the several areas showing various degrees of foxing. Scattered pages also have some smudge marks and minor chipping present. At the time of this listing we had several volumes of the 1784 edition available, each one is being listed separately.
