Hardcover. First Edition; First Printing. Bound by two slabs of wood, connected with metal hinges and leather ties. A collection of cocktail recipes with some amusing asides about the various recipes. Would be fine, but former owner has taped their own recipe onto the half title page, dispite there being a place in the back provided for such additions, sigh. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 76 pp.

Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. No Jacket. Tad Shell (illustrator). Leather tie threading decorated wooden boards. Metal hinges. Gift inscription on title page dated 1945. A few small light surface scuffs near vertical edge of back board. Else near fine. Pages clean; looks unused. Includes history of the cocktail, lore, types of cocktails, recipes, glassware chart.
