Original slipcase, in gray-green. Spine of Volume I has eroded at the centre of each edge and chipped on the left side, but spine has not lost integrity for it. Book blocks of both books are so clean and bright as to be as new. Spines of both volumes sustain gentle rubbing. Slipcase is slightly worn at bottom edge and bears a stain to the top. Overall an attractive set.
