Blue gilt titled cover with design and titled spine. Dust jacket as issued. CONDITION DESCRIPTION: Near fine with minor shelf soiling. Interior is clean and tight. Unclipped DJ is lightly rubbed on edges and corners; now in mylar sleeve. CONTENTS DESCRIPTION: Williams wrote numerous letters to his family, here printed for the first time. In total, the letters record his activities; given in fine detail and vivid descriptions of the things he saw. Edited by the late, great Milo M. Quaife.
