Small quarto, ring binder of yellow cloth titled "Boise Centennial Cook Book" to front cover, containing 18 sections of between 5 to 20 pages within, divided with tabs identifying each section, i.e. soups, bread, beverages, etc. Cookbook published in commemoration of the centennial of Boise, Idaho, which was first founded as Fort Boise in 1834. Soiling and darkening to covers, toning to pages, some hole reinforcements present to strengthen pages where placed into ring binder, joints cracked, chipping to divider tabs.
