Pamphlet. 24p., autographed on the title page, softbound as a 7.5x5 inch stapled pamphlet, presswork on alkaline material. Nice copy, front cover has a hint of handling, let's say very good condition: sound, clean, unmarked. Find a colorphoto portrait of Howe, quite clear though tiny; the accompanying vita states she spent ten years "living abroad in China, India, and Brazil as a U.S. Diplomat" - now raising family in San Francisco. Disillusion may account for the interruption to career; her politics appear to be center-left, with dread for things to come.
