Exterior shows scuffing and soiling along with edge and corner wear/bumps. Internal binding is good at boards but there is pulling in several areas of the text pages that shows webbing and binder string. Page 189 is torn at the hinge area by about 50%. Floral end pages and front and rear are free of any handwriting or bookplates, no library markings, no handwriting. This book actually contains two titles: "The Way to Prosper" contains 203 pages and the second title "Finger Posts on the Way of Life" contains 214 pages. Pages are toned due to age and some minor foxing is present.
