Teg. 9.75ins x 6.5ins, xvi (including foreword by Rev Canon Galpin), 89pp plus colour frontis, 19 plates and 8 measured drawings. (three plates folding, 1 in colour). This is two plates more than given in the list of illustrations. Endpapers browned. Internally the contents are VG. Externally, the spine is slightly darkened. Spine label damaged affecting the BE of Beeleigh. An almost VG copy of a fairly scarce title., 1924

Volume three: [ii], 536pp plus frontis plan and 20pp plates. Volume four: [ii], 544pp, xlv (index), 1pp (list of illustrations) plus 9pp plates.
