No Binding. Condition: Very Good. An attractive piece of butchery memorabilia from the early days of organized meat-processing in Canada. Advertising hams and bacon for the Easter trade, dated March 16th, 1896. Easter Sunday fell less than three weeks later, on the 5th of April. Laing Packing and Provision Co., Montreal: "Anchor… Brand". High quality printing, and gold ink used for the border and meats. Three closed tears: one short to the left and right margin and the other on the right intruding into the right hand ham. The sheet has two horizontal creases. 8.25 x 5.5 inches.
