Bean (illustrator). 21" x 28.25" tall with generous uncut margins. light brown deliniations and black lettering for mountains, towns, areas, etc. A few of this map issue were sent out to other cartographers who knew the areas in order to find and correct problems or errors. Quite scarce in this uncorrected issue. Very Good with a small (2" x 3/4") irregularly-shaped chip along the left-hand edge, some light fold creases. Now on 1/4" archivel board and clear-bagged, ready for framing. Map ID: 884-N-1-E/4. Scale is 1/48,000 with contour intervals at 20'.
