SIGNED BY HERBERT OLIVECRONA TO GEOFFREY JEFFERSON: "To Geoffrey Jefferson/ with kind regards/ from H. Olivecrona." He uses the Martel drill and a bone saw designed by Max Stille--a very great improvement over the old Gigli saw.
