EDITION LIMITED TO 150 NUMBERED COPIES SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR (THIS COPY NO. 19). This copy is also inscribed by the wife of Edward Lever in memory of her husband who attended the Lodge for fifty years. Extremely scarce.
