Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Third printing (March 2004) of the 23rd edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code; Second printing (June 2004) of the Study Guide. The UPC book is VG while the Study Guide is G+ to VG-. More particularly, each 4to soft cover has a retailer stamp on the initial page and small pencil or pen marks withi…n the respective table of contents. The remaining contents of each book appears clean and securely bound. The Study Guide also has some moisture damage; namely, staining on the pages' bottom edge near the spine and associated riffling/stiffness in the bottom margin near the spine of a number of pages. The wrappers have light rubbing from shelf wear, but not tears, chips, heavy creases or stains.
