Hardcover. Condition: Good. Signed by Willy Ley at page 98, at the beginning of his contribution 'A Station in Space.' Short inscription from previous owner at verso of FFEP, reading: 'at 2:17 (MDT) today man landed on the moon,' with the owner's name, and dated 7-20-69. Green cloth with silver titles and decoration, light soil, light rubbing to edges. Spine square. Binding sound. Lacking the jacket. Short closed tear in fore-edge margin of pages 35-50, without impact on text. Pages bright, excepting the short owner note and Ley's signature as described above, the interior is clean and unmarked. Signed.
