102, [2]pp. Bound to style in half calf and marbled boards, leather label. Light damp-staining in margins. A collection of the laws passed by the South Carolina assembly in the spring of 1784. One of an edition of 300, with two separately printed leaves bound after p. 78 and p. 92, as called for by Gould & Morgan, who note seven copies of each imprint. The added leaves add legislation omitted from the original printing. Legislation was passed requiring slave-owners to report all slaves held, for regulating trade with the British, to compensate soldiers for losses in the Revolution and for confiscating Tory estates, and for various civic improvements. A significant group of imprints issued immediately after the end of the Revolution. Evans 18789; ESTC W30619; Gould & Morgan 714, 715, 716; OCLC 19940208.

Lunsford is buried on the South Carolina Statehouse Grounds in Columbia, SC. The signature is also dated January 28, 1795, with Columbia written there as well.
