The front wrap and the first few pages showing light water stain. A small corrosive ink stain (?) at the bottom of the cover and extending into the first few pages. An Accouint of the first session of the Territorial Legislature and one of the earliest imprints in the new Territory. This copy enhanced by the signature of Justus Cornelius Ramsey. Justus was the younger brother of Territorial Governor Alexander Ramsey and a delegate to this first session of the Legislature. He later became a successful businessman and after his death endowed a St. Paul orphanage.
