Only "Adventures" contains writing in pencil on endpapers and front board; also has clipped tail corners of boards. "Fairy-land" has scuff mark on front board and insect damage on some pages. Book is good + with twisting and bending to back board as though dropped, also with light bending to top edge of pages, top and bottom of spine and bottom edge of boards very lightly rubbed, edges of pages a bit dirty with a few small spots, bottom edge of front board bumped, decorative endpapers front and back with light damage in a couple spots, otherwise the book is fine, in above average shape for its age. Jacket is very good with small piece missing from top of spine, light chipping to bottom of spine and corners, tear to back wrap at spine and crossing spine, a bit dirty, otherwise the jacket is very fine with excellent color, tight to book, protected by mylar.
