Leather is supple, glossy, rich in color, and vibrant. A shallow 1/4 gash to fore-edge of top board. Very light rubbing to extremities and boards. Page edge yellow staining in excellent condition. Spine a bit sun-darkened. Interior: The pages are white and the text itself is clean and bright with an occasional stain or spot of foxing. Most signs of handing are along the margins - thumbing mostly. Offsetting from frontispiece map onto title page. Edges of map trimmed a bit tight, Some very small fore-edge nicks on last few pages and a small chip to top margin of FFEP. No marginalia, no worming or water dampening.
