Signed presentation from the author on the front endpaper, "As I look back on our imitation about first editions last night (on our way to see Jill at Bay). Sidney NY April 25,…'35." Sidney Howard received the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1925 and a posthumous Academy Award in 1940 for the screenplay for Gone with the Wind. Slight foxing to endpapers, otherwise very good indeed in slightly used, near very good dust jacket, with slight staining at spine. Decent copy. Signedes.
