Issued without a jacket, this is in great if not perfect condition; the spine leather is a little scuffed. Attractive full page colour illustrations, and chapter vignettes, by Raymond F. Houlihan, who has signed this copy on the limitation page at the back of the book. This is copy number 1260 of 2000 subscription only copies. A most desirable issue from this wonderful small American press, where books were produced to a standard, not down to a price.
