Book First Edition
Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. First printing of this now classic monograph published by Aperture in 1972, famously containing one photograph of twins which was removed from all subsequent printings. This book was instrumental in cementing the photographers legacy, albeit too late as it was published not long after taking her own life. Overall very nice copy, with some heavy scuffing and rubbing marks to the covers on both sides, although more attractive in person than the picture or description may convey. Corners very lightly bumped, with one light crease near the corner on the back cover. A small abrasion to the paper at one part of the spine but does not effect the integrity of the binding whatsoever. Binding itself is solid, with a very slight lean and one reading crease, but strong. The interior is clean, crisp. Now covered in mylar.
